Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • A flat return fee of $8.99 CAD will be deducted from your refund
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Opened or used products
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email contact@fairelux.com with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item

We will offer:

  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Full refund/store credit

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)
  • Place a new order

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Lost or misdelivered packages due to customer error

Inspection & Return Approval

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns that are opened, used, or tampered
  • Charge return shipping if the return is denied
