Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5β7 business days after approval
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return Shipping
- A flat return fee of $8.99 CAD will be deducted from your refund
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Ship It Back
Ship the item back securely with tracking.
Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Opened or used products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email contact@fairelux.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
We will offer:
- Replacement (if available), or
- Full refund/store credit
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Lost or misdelivered packages due to customer error
Inspection & Return Approval
All returns are inspected upon arrival.
We reserve the right to:
- Reject returns that are opened, used, or tampered
- Charge return shipping if the return is denied
